RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from NOHA. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience.

Love It Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love NOHA. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement product, store credit, or refund for your first order. We reserve the right to limit the Love It Guarantee to one claim per customer.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our beverages, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:

  • Product arrived damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product was received
  • Product was defective upon arrival
  • Items were missing from your order
  • Eligible claims under our Love It Guarantee

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened beverages (except as covered by the Love It Guarantee)
  • Partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery
  • Clearance, promotional, or giveaway items

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or household members.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
