Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

NOHA does not guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

NOHA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@drinknoha.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Shipping Availability

At this time, NOHA ships only to locations where our products may legally be sold and delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations.

Delayed or Undeliverable Orders

NOHA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you regarding available options for reshipment.
